Took my order, they made me wait twenty minutes to tell me they were out of beef and to substitute it rather than just taking my change from the order and giving me back what I paid.

Edit: Just took a bite and it was even worse than I expected. For a restaurant that always gets my orders wrong, you’ve managed to drop my expectations a whole level lower. I ask for no lettuce? Boom. You sell me a whole head of lettuce. Ask for beef? You sell me the worst excuse for chicken I’ve ever tasted. It disintegrated in my mouth. I’ve had better school lunches for free, it’s embarrassing to sell that for $1.59.
